NLAI Solutions ("NLAI", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company (optional), message. Careers form: name, email, CV, optional photo and certificates, professional skills and preferences. Server logs: IP address and request metadata, retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your data
We use submitted data only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate applications, and operate the website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Contact submissions are retained up to 24 months. Career applications are retained up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Server logs are retained up to 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies and local storage required for site functionality (e.g. cookie consent state). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
